James Cameron: Failure is an option, but fear is not

A lot of respect and inspiration from somebody I heard so many times but never took the time to know: James Cameron. Passionate, opportunist, curious, leader, creative, serious. I recognize myself in every frame of this video, especially when he talks about team respect. I didn't had the chance yet to live such of an intense team synergy for very long, hope to live this for an extended period of time before my end. Not being understood by our environment at all levels is annoying and litteraly demotivational/counter-productive.
